This restaurant is located on the main road at the entrance of town coming from kaolack. they cater more to tourists than to locals and have items on thier menu such as hamburgers and pizza as well as senegalese plates. they also serve beer and liquor. the prices are little more expensive than some of the other restaurants in town, but still very reasonable because they have a wider selection and a more upscale atmosphere.
Ker Rose:
Overlooking the river, this is the perfect place to have dinner and watch the sunset over the water. the restaurant is located just past the market before the land bridge to mbouldiame.
Handicapped Association:
Newly opened, this intimate restaurant is located in the centre for the handicapped. they serve traditional senegalese meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a low price.
Restaurant Jokkoo:
Located just off the main road as one enters the town from kaolack, this is a popular restaurant with locals and tourists alike because they offer a delicious meal at a low price. the menu includes traditional senegalese dishes like ceeb u jen and yassa as well as sandwiches.
